PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and inexpensive diagnostic microscope with which microscopic observation and monitor observation may be carried out and the display of monitor observation may be carried out within a microscope visual field. SOLUTION: The diagnostic microscope having a microscopic section 1 for an observer to make stereoscopic macroobservation of an object to be observed and the monitor 20 to enable the observer to make direct viewing in this microscopic section 1 includes an optical path for introducing the image of the monitor 20 within the visual field of the microscopic section 1 and a switching means for selecting and switching the state that the observer directly views the image of the monitor 20 and the state that the image of the monitor 20 is introduced to the optical path. |
