ANTENNA FOR NON-CONTACT INFORMATION READER, AND NON- CONTACT INFORMATION STORAGE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a non-contact information reader by miniaturizing an antenna for transmitting/receiving for reading (or reading and writing) information from a non-contact information storage device. SOLUTION: A transmitting/receiving integrated antenna 10 for reading information from the non-contact information storage device is provided with an antenna radiator 22 for right circularly polarized wave and an antenna radiator 24 for left circularly polarized wave. The respective antenna radiators 22 and 24 are composed of helical antennas, coaxially located at a prescribed interval not to interfere each other and fixed on an antenna fixing part 26. By radiating a radio wave from the antenna radiator 22 for right circularly polarized wave and receiving the radio wave with the antenna radiator 24 for left circularly polarized wave, the non-contact information reader performs data communication with the non-contact information storage device and reads information.
