PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collate an optical disk in accordance with the reproducing method of the reproduction exclusive optical disk. SOLUTION: The system of a tracking error signal is different with respect to a recordable optical disk and the reproduction exclusive optical disk, and the device is provided with a read-out processing part 21 for reading out data from the optical disk, a write-in processing part 22 for writing the data into the optical disk, and a system control part 26 for controlling so that the recordable optical disk wherein the data are recorded by the write-in processing part 22, is collated with the reproducing method according to the specification of the reproduction exclusive optical disk.
