PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional operation terminal for a home appliance control that cannot confirm an operation state of a device to be controlled that is controlled by the home appliance controller. SOLUTION: A video signal resulting from a picking up an object by a built-in camera 28 is outputted to a selection section 33, a video signal coding/ decoding section 29, a demultiplexer section 26 and a channel control section 25. Furthermore, the operation terminal T is provided with a video/OSD display section 31 that displays the video signal received from a home device controller 21. Thus, the operation terminal T can confirm an operating state of a device M to be controlled that is controlled via the home appliance controller 21.
