PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of fittings to be used and also the labor for attaching them, to provide a large pull-out strength at the shaft center position by a column member or a beam member each having a both pull type bolt with the fittings itself not exposed to the outside thereby indicating a good design without being disturbed when installing a bracing or the like. SOLUTION: When jointing an upper or lower column member 7 or a beam member 9 with the beam member 8 positioned at the middle, the beam member 8 forms a penetration hole 22 in the cross section direction at the joint portion with the column member 7 or beam member 9, the column member 7 or beam member 9 forms an insertion hole 23 at the joint connection with the beam member 8 in the shaft direction and also as a member perpendicular to the above, a penetration hole 24 in the cross section direction is formed, a nut fitting 10 is positioned inside the penetration hole 22, with this nut fitting 10, a bolt fitting 13 is screwed and bolt fittings 13 inside the column member 7 or beam member 9 are connected together, a linking projection 12 of the bolt fitting 13 is inserted to the penetration hole 24, and is linked to a pin fitting 15 cramping the side portion of the bolt fittings 13 with a slit 14.
