PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deflection yoke being able to improve of installing work of the base plate on the separator and connecting work of the insulated wires to the terminal of the base plate. SOLUTION: The base plate 50 is connected to the perforated hole 50a for the wire 12 with the insulation coat 12b and provided with the slit 50b connecting to the perforated hole 50a and notching the outer end of the base plate 50. The lead wire 12a is transferred to the perforated hole 50a through the slit 50b and the portion of the insulation coat 12b is passed through the perforated hole 50a. The lead wire 12a is wrapped round a pin 10 for connecting.
