The invention concerns thiazole derivatives agonist of cholecytokinin (CCK) of formula in which R1 represents a substituted phenyl group; R2 a group selected among CH2-R7, (CH2)2-R7, S-CH2-R7, CH2-S-R7, (C5-C8 alkyl with R7 representing a group (C5-C7)cycloalkyl and R3 a group or with R8 representing a group (CH2)nR15 or and R15 is representing COOH or COO(C1-C4)alkyl.
