PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively increase the heat absorbing amount of the convection heating section of an oxygen burning boiler by lowering the heat absorbing ratio in the furnace of the boiler. SOLUTION: This oxygen burning boiler is provided with a gas recirculating fan 6 which pressurizes an exhaust gas degassed from the outlet of the boiler through recirculating gas degassing ducts, a plurality of gas blowing holes 3e through which the pressurized exhaust gas is blown in the furnace, and recirculating gas extraction duct dampers 5a-5c which are respectively installed to the degassing ducts for adjusting the degassing amount of the exhaust gas. The boiler is also provided with gas adjusting dampers 4a-4n which are respectively installed to the holes 3e for adjusting the blowing-in amount of the exhaust gas, a gas temperature detector 13 which detects the temperature of the burnt exhaust gas at the outlet of the boiler, and a steam temperature detector 12 which detects the temperature of steam at the outlet of a superheater. In addition, the boiler is also provided with an adder 16 which adds the outputs of the detectors 13 and 12 to each other and a number of revolution controller 18 which controls the number of revolutions of the fan 6. |
