PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a refill container which facilitates process management and quality control in 'reuse' by preventing the deformation of the projecting shapes of adhesive parts and has stable product quality (sealability) or a housing container for solid agents for photosensitive materials. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the housing container for solid agents for the photosensitive materials consists in providing the housing container with an aperture for housing or discharging plural kinds of the solid agents for the photosensitive materials, a flange part disposed around this aperture, a sealing material affixed to the flange part to cover the aperture and a fitting part to be fitted to the flange part, providing the container with a cap member covering the aperture, providing projections so as to enclose the aperture, and heat sealing the flange part of the housing container for the solid agents for the photosensitive materials to be peeled of the sealing material by the movement in the opening direction of the cap member by a heating plate of an elastic member when affixing the sealing material to the flange part described above.
