PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the loss in the power transmission. SOLUTION: A lot of inside links 2 having a pair of pin holes 22 are superimposed in the plate thickness direction and the longitudinal direction and connected together by connecting pins 3 inserted in the pin holes 22 so that a chain belt 1 is constituted. The connecting pin 3 is constituted of a joint pin 31 with a tile cross section having both end faces abutting on a pulley friction face 5 and a locker pin 32 having a shorter length than the joint pin 31 and a tile like cross section. An outside link 4 is arranged outside the inside link 2 arranged in the outermost side and a stepped part 31b of the joint pin 31 is press-fixed in a pair of pin holes 42 formed in the outside link 4.
