PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rotation speed limit by minimizing rotation resistance, and to prevent lubricant containing polymer 8a from falling away, even if in lubricating the inside with the lubricant containing polymer 8a. SOLUTION: A pair of collar portions 7a, 7b projecting outward in a diametrical direction from an inner ring raceway track is provided on an axially both ends outer peripheral surface of an inner ring 4. The lubricant containing polymer 8a made by solidifying a mixture of lubricant and synthetic resin is filled in a space between the inner peripheral surface of an annular holder 6 and the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 4. A part of the lubricant containing polymer 8a suppresses axial end portions by an inner side surface of each collar portion 7a, 7b. A space on an outer diameter side of the holder 6 is not filled with the lubricant containing polymer 8a.
