PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such as shortening the life of a cam shaft bearing, bending a flange, or floating a cam shaft support from a pump housing in a conventional fuel injection pump in which the flange is fastened to the cam shaft support by the fixing bolt in fixing the angle of the cam shaft, so as to apply axial force of a fixing bolt in an axial center direction of a cam shaft. SOLUTION: A roughly circularly formed fixing collar 10 is engaged with a fixing hole 6a in a flange 6 integrally engaged with a cam shaft 2 to be rotatable, and a fixing bolt 7 is inserted into the fixing collar 10, while it is set on a cam shaft support 3 to support a cam shaft 2 or a pump housing 1, so the fixing collar 10 is fixed to the cam shaft support 3 or the pump housing 1, thereby the flange 6 is fixed to the cam shaft support 3 or the pump housing 1 in a rotation direction by the fixing collar 10 fixed to the cam shaft support 3 or the pump housing 1.
