<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily select an optimum printer among a plurality of printers by a user's will when a data processor connected to a network performs printing. SOLUTION: When a printing request is made, a printing document is stored in a print data storing part, the performance information of a printer comprising a printing speed, resolution representing print quality, etc., about each printer connected to the network is acquired, the priority of each printer for the printing document is decided on the basis of the printing speed and the resolution, icons of sizes corresponding to the decided priorities are set, and the optimum printer is selected among displayed icons by displaying the set icons.</p> |
