<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless phone system comprising a master unit and slave units that can reduce current consumption by decreasing a reception period during a standby state for an inter-slave-unit direct speech communication. SOLUTION: In the wireless phone system where direct communications between wireless phones registered in a master unit having a function of transmitting a control channel by each of slots having a predetermined interval are attained, when a signal for an inter-slave-set direct speech is used to call another slave unit, the caller uses a slot deviated by predetermined timing from a control channel awaited by the opposite slave unit on the basis of the control channel sent from the master unit. Furthermore, the slave unit in a standby state receives the signal for the inter-slave-set direct speech with the slot deviated by the predetermined timing from the control channel during the standby on the basis of the control channel sent from the master unit.</p> |
