PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a header for a pipe regenerating device that can ensure a conduit regeneration with no effects on adjacent other conduits. SOLUTION: The header for a pipe renewing device comprises a cutting part 21 for forming a plurality of cut grooves in an existent pipe buried underground, a dividing part 22 for radially pressuring the existent pipe to divide it along the axis, and a radius expanding part 23 for forcing the divided pieces radially outward. A newly arranged pipe is simultaneously forced into the tunnel that employs the divided pieces as the peripheral wall. The radius expanding part 23 comprises a radially expanded block 40 shaped into a frustum of an eccentric cone.
