PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum valve that can restrain the adhesion of metallic vapor and metallic splashes from an arc area onto the inside of an insulation container and can restrain reduction of creepage withstand voltage inside the insulation container. SOLUTION: For obtaining above effect, folds are made on the surface of a conductor and/or the surface in an arc shield and/or the electrode-side surface of a bellows cover.
