SOLUTION: While any of an operation button 9 for the forefinger, an operation button 10 for the middle finger, an operation button 11 for the ring finger, an operation button 12 for the little finger and an operation button 13 for the thumb is not operated, 'A (1st Japanese vowel)' of Hiragana (Japanese cursive kana character) can be inputted by operating an operation button for a numeral '1', 'I (2nd Japanese vowel)' of Hiragana can be inputted by operating the operation button for a numeral '1' with the button 13 pressed down, 'U (3rd Japanese vowel)' of Hiragana can be inputted by operating the button for a numeral '1' with the button 9 pressed down, 'E (4th Japanese vowel)' of Hiragana can be inputted by operating the button for a numeral '1' with the button 10 pressed down, and 'O (5th Japanese vowel) ' can be inputted by operating the button for a numeral '1' with the button 11 pressed down.
