<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message transmitting method capable of transmitting plural intentions through one mail to plural addresses, and reducing the generation of the deterioration of working efficiency or the misunderstanding of the transmission of information in an electronic mail system used in an Internet or an entrepreneur. SOLUTION: An electronic mail user prepares a message by an electronic mail transmission client 1, and inserts an identification section for allowing a mail server 2 to perform distribution processing in a mail data preparing stage into a text at the time of transmitting a message by each address attribute. At the time of detecting the identification section, the mail server 2 divides a message in a section part corresponding to the attribute of the address, and distributes the message to a mail user with the address attribute. Thus, it is possible to transmit purposes or intentions at a transmission side as a message through an electronic mail under the consideration of the characteristics of the address attribute.</p> |
