<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly remove an excess electrolyte by impregnating an element with the electrolyte without carelessly dripping it to the periphery of the electrolyte and without applying an excess physical burden to the lead wire of the element. SOLUTION: In the electrolyte impregnating device, element holders 5A-5C are introduced into cases 23 by a transfer mechanism under the state in which each element 1 is held to each pocket 11, each pocket 11 is placed in the electrolyte tanks 28 of the housing cases 23 and each element 1 is impregnated with the electrolyte 29 through flow holes, the excess electrolyte is shaken off through the flow holes from each element 1 by rotating the element holders 5A-5B at high speed by a rolling mechanism installed into the housing cases 23 and imparting centrifugal force to each element 1 held to each pocket 11, and the element holders 5A-5B are moved out from the housing cases 23 by the transfer mechanism 6 together with each element 1.</p> |
