PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube pump capable of reducing only pump load without impairing pump performance such as the suction negative pressure or suction flow velocity of ink liquid and having excellent durability without causing any inconvenience such as a lowering of flow velocity even under long-term repeated use, sticking of a tube and the generation of noise, and to provide an ink jet type recording device equipped with the tube pump. SOLUTION: This tube pump is provided with a flexible tube 51, a pump frame 42 with a tube support face 52 for regulating the outline of the flexible tube 51, and rollers 43a, 43b rotatably fitted to pressure-deform the flexible tube 51; and generates pressure by pressure-deforming the flexible tube 51 by the rollers 43a, 43b. In this case, a tube formed of an addition reaction vulcanized rubber material with a hardness of 34 to 46 is used as the flexible tube 51. |
