PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute, simply in a short time, measurement and recording of position information. SOLUTION: A support 11 of a measuring unit 10 is positioned on a marker 20, and pseudo satellite information TGJ from a pseudo satellite device 30 is received by a GPS antenna 12. The coordinate position KZ of the marker 20 is determined by operation based on the received information TGJ, and recorded on the marker 20 through an information reading device 13. The information on the marker 20 is readable through magnetism.
