PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems; the tasks that all sectors of today's Japan are in a word the lack of fundamentals; the economy information technology industry growing thus far ahead of a convoy cannot step into the vested rights of advancing foreign countries; it is next to impossible for individual persons to intervene into the Japan's high-tech industry; the fastest shortcut is to modify apparatus and software but such is an infringement upon the vested rights and results in the increased burden on the constitution. SOLUTION: As to the apparatus, the previously developed analog apparatus function already and the apparatus now under development are the digital apparatus. In summary, (1) the necessary absolute value of power sources may be normally reserved by the charging of natural energy. (2) In unification, there is no classification of the transistors, adapters or apparatus used for control. The one which exists is a uniform selection system (3) to compactly assemble these apparatus and it is the truth of nature that sharing of culture is the interchange with original language (4). The way of selection speeds up both extremes of the fundamentals and the van. (5) Bidrectional videos, radio, communication, the unification of the apparatus, the promotion of the effective utilization of resource saving friendly to the environment and low electrification are at the appropriate time.
