PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation apparatus for a house which is improved in workability for the execution. SOLUTION: A ventilation unit 3 is provided in a ventilation apparatus 1 for a house. The unit 3 extends vertically from a floor F to a ceiling C between wall panels P and P in the same wall surface to suck air under the floor and blow it out to a living room space 2. The unit 3 is provided with an end material 10 at the corner of the ceiling C of the living room space, the position of the material 10 is vertically adjustable by sliding it according to the height of the ceiling.
