PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To modify a mounting position of a bracket to a conditioning device to a plurality of positions. SOLUTION: A device main body B has a main body block 10. The main body block 10 has two mutually parallel joint faces 11b and two fixing faces 12a and 12b perpendicular to these joint faces and each formed with contact parts. Member mounting parts 13 and 14 are provided on both ends of the main body block 10, contact parts 23c and 23d are provided on the both ends, and joint pipes 17 are attached to respective joint faces. A regulator unit R is mounted on the member mounting part 13, and a lid member P is mounted on the member mounting part 14. An engaging pawl 53 engaging to the joint pipe 17 and a bracket 51 having a stopper are attached to the device main body B.
