PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot and cold water mixture faucet capable of preventing incursion of forein matters such as casting sand, chip, dust or the like in a body of the hot and cold water mixture faucet or piping into a cartridge without changing the body of the hot and cold water mixture or cartridge and its mounting size. SOLUTION: In the hot and cold water mixture faucet including the cylindrical cartridge, a net body is provided around a cold water inlet and a hot water inlet in the circumference of the cartridge, and the net body is made to lie between a hot water chamber and the hot water inlet to surely prevent the incursion of the foreign matters inside of the cartridge.
