PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy requirements such as airtightness on the wall of a building. SOLUTION: A heat insulation member 10 is arranged both sideward of columns (22, 2) on the wall 100 of the building. An attaching flange part 15 positioned on both the sides of the columns (22, 2) is positioned along an edge part side adjacent to the inside surfaces (22a, 2a) of the columns (22, 2) at both the sides of the columns (22, 2). A pair of holding and receiving members 30 is depressed on the edge part sides (2a, 2b) corresponding to the corresponding attaching flange 15 by each depression side 30b, each inside receiving face 30a is positioned on the same plane as the inside surfaces (22a, 2a) of the columns (22, 2), fixed on the edge part sides (22b, 2b) corresponding to the columns (22, 2) by nails, and a construction board 20 is adhered on the inside surfaces (22a, 2a) of the columns (22, 2) and the inside receiving face 30a of the holding and receiving member 30.
