PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disturbance flow inducing device in which refrigerant is expanded under application of an expanding device and an efficiency of a cooling system is made maximum. SOLUTION: There is provided an outlet port 16 of a refrigerant expansion device. There is provided a substantial annular main body 22 defining a flow passage 24 between an inlet 26 and an outlet 28, and concurrently a mixing device is inserted between the inlet 26 and the outlet, 28 so as to induce a mixing of disturbance flow of refrigerant when the refrigerant flows out of the port 16. In the first preferred embodiment, the mixing device is a screen 34 inserted between the inlet 26 and the outlet 28 and preferably the mixing device is adjacent to the outlet 28. In the second preferred embodiment, the mixing device is coaxially formed as a set of annular shoulder on an inner circumferential surface of a flow passage between the inlet and the outlet. In the third preferred embodiment, the mixing device is a helical groove for use in inducing the disturbance flow on the inner circumferential surface of the flow passage. In the fourth preferred embodiment, the mixing device is a flow passage formed to be off-set radially direction.
