PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organic EL element which has sufficient luminosity and a luminescence characteristic by controlling optical quenching of concentration. SOLUTION: As a composition material of the organic EL element, a specific bis(di-allyl-amino)allylene compound expressed by formula [1] is used. (In the formula, Ar1 is an allylene group of substitution or non-substitution which contains 5-42 carbon number; at least one of Ar2-Ar5 is an allyl group which contains 6-20 carbon number independently, respectively expressed with the following formula [2]; and at least one of Ar2-Ar5 has at least one of saturation hydrocarbon groups containing two or more number of carbon which may be through the aid of oxygen. In addition, Ar2 and Ar3 and/or Ar4 and Ar5 may form a ring mutually.
