PURPOSE: A device and method for remitting money and paying by a credit card using a telephone number is provided to remit money to a receiver although the receiver's telephone number had been changed by performing one's real name confirming process of the receiver and inputting only an account password and a moving approval password through a transmission/receipt between communication companies. CONSTITUTION: For remitting money to a receiver by a remitter using a wire telephone(170) and a mobile telephone(180) being connected to a communication company communicating network(160), a WAP gateway(100) converts the first information of member data transmitted from the communicating network(160) into the second data and outputs the data. A communication company host computer(110) processes information necessary for a financial transaction as the second information and pre-stored member data. The first information is made a WML of the wire telephone(170) and the mobile telephone(180) inputted by the remitter. The second information is made by HTML. A foreign communication server(120) processes member data being outputted from the communication company host computer(110) for a communication. An IBLS server(130) is provided for performing an account movement and an inquiry execution of member data processed in the foreign communication server(120). The communication company host computer(110) and the foreign communication server(120) are connected through an excusive circuit. A manager host computer(140) temporarily stores and processes document being prepared in the IBLS server(130) and necessary to all sorts of financial transactions until the corresponding financial transaction is completed. A bank host computer(150) receives the document from the manager host computer(140) and executes the document and transmits the execution result to the manager host computer(140). The manager host computer(140) and the bank host computer(150) are connected through an excusive circuit.
