<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance common use for each kind of cars, to make the density of circuits higher, and to make the construction compact. SOLUTION: Along with forming a plurality of connector fitting chambers 3 in parallel at equal pitches in a case 4, a plurality of vertical joint bus-bars 8 are arranged in parallel at equal pitches in a direction perpendicular to the connector fitting chambers. Each of the terminals 5 of the joint bus-bars is arranged in respective connector fitting chamber at a equal pitch. At the required positions of a required joint bus-bar, pressure-contacts 6 are formed, and each pressure-contact is jointed with electric wire 10. Along with forming cut out and forming pressure-contact parts 6 in bus-bar bodies 7, a plurality of cutouts 15 for inserting electric wire are formed at pitches equal to that of the pressure-contact. First projections 17 drooping from the bus-bar bodies 7 are formed, and second projections 26 are formed on both sides of the first projections crossing them at right angles, and terminals 5 are fitted to the second projections. The joint bus-bars 8 are constituted, by cutting a joint bus- bar in chains into the equal lengths. Electric wire inserting grooves 2 are formed in the case 4, corresponding to the pressure-contacts 6 and the cutouts 15.</p> |
