PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a state of semiconductor memories being mounted on an electronic equipment, data stored in the semiconductor memories are broken when a battery pack is taken out without any preparative operation. SOLUTION: Because electric power is supplied from a battery pack 2 equipped with a semiconductor memory 3 in this portable telephone unit 1, power is supplied to the semiconductor memory 3 even when the battery pack 2 is disconnected from the telephone unit 1, so that stored data are not destroyed. Also, when semiconductor memory with different shape and standard is used according to user's favor or those are changed by manufacturer's convenience, just replacement of the battery pack with that with desired semiconductor memory mounted can cope with it regardless of the main body of the portable telephone unit 1. |
