PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance convenience of use and improve detection accuracy of the temperature detector by detecting temperatures by a compact size temperature detector at a plurality of portions of a cooking chamber. SOLUTION: A temperature detector 20 has a plurality of, eight, for instance, infrared ray sensor elements inside. The detector 20 is fixed to an upper rear portion of a right side wall 3b of an inner box 3 which constitutes a cooking chamber 4, through a fixing plate 17 made of stainless steel, so as to detect the temperature at a plurality of portions of the chamber 4 obliquely from above. The right side wall 3b of the chamber 4, which supports the detector 20 and a bottom wall 3c which supports a rotor 13 and a turntable 14, are formed by bending a single stainless steel.
