Subject of the invention is a collar of sealing skin for fast assembly of soft pipes of larger diameter with special requirements. The collar allows the fastening in the axial direction - in the direction of the pipe. For its application little space is required. By moving the mechanism lever - handle (2) the circumference of the wire circle is reduced thus providing uniform sealing around the complete circumference of the pipe. In the applicative sense it provides the possibility to make use of the minimum possible space for its application.
