PURPOSE: A wheel cap of a vehicle is provided to improve the quality by restricting rotation of a central cap during traveling with forming a balancing weight and an eccentric weight in the lower part of the central cap, and to advertise efficiently by integrally forming the emblem with the central cap. CONSTITUTION: A wheel cap(40) is composed of a cap housing(50) fixed in a wheel disk, and a central cap(60) combined with the cap housing by a fixing bolt(42). A bearing installation part(62) having a ball bearing(63) is formed in the cap housing or the central cap, and a bearing insertion part(55) is formed opposite to the bearing installation part to rotate reciprocally. Rotation of the central cap is restricted during traveling with forming a balancing weight and an eccentric weight(69). Advertisement effect is improved by mounting the emblem in the outside of the central cap.
