<p>The procedure consists of producing a single ribbon and subjecting to stretching in a machine with multiple stretch rolling zones (A, B) with finishers, drawing boxes or fly frames. Each of the zones has feed rollers (1. 1', 5, 5'), control zones (2, 6), and stretch rollers (1, 1', 3, 3', 3), with the feed rollers of the second zone (B) acting as the stretch rollers for the first zone (A). The control zone (6) of the first stretch zone can be in the form of a sleeve or cylinders surmounted by barrel rollers, or a series of intersecting combs, while the control zone (2) of the second zone (B) is of sleeve-on-sleeve type and equipped with condensers (4).</p> |
