The structure comprises an electronic probe (20) vertically mounted on blade seat. The probe includes circular tube (21) having a top flange (22) and two annular grooves (23,24) for locating a locating rod (15) that is transversely screwed into a locating hole of the blade seat. Electronic detection bars (25,26) are inserted into top and lower end holes of the probe tube.
