摘要 PURPOSE: A circuit for controlling data output is provided to reduce the power consumption by independently generating a pull-down signal of a unit driving unit not to generate the pull-down signal of a corresponding unit driving unit during the time when the corresponding unit driving unit is not activated. CONSTITUTION: The circuit includes a current control section for measuring the swing width of a data signal outputted via a pad to generate a current control signal for allowing the swing width of the data signal to have a value of a specific range. A gate voltage distributer generates a first unit driving unit control signal having a logic value same to the first current control signal of the current control signal. A pre-driving section sequentially outputs a first pull-down signal and a second pull-down signal and sequentially outputs a third pull-down signal and a fourth pull-down when the first unit driving unit control signal is HIGH. An output driving section(730) consists of a plurality of unit drivers(702(0-7)). The output driving section(730) controls a first unit driver of the plurality of the unit drivers to be turned on by a gate voltage level current control signal, the third pull-down signal and the fourth pull-down signal so that they can form a pull-down path, and also controls the remaining unit drivers except for the first unit driver to be turned on by the gate voltage level current control signal, the first pull-down signal and the second pull-down signal so that they can form a pull-down path.
