<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet, capable of attaching it to a car body panel with a minimum power, as well as connecting the mounted panel on the body to the connector and preventing transmission vibration from the body to the connector. SOLUTION: The grommet is composed of components, an outer grommet 25 capable of attaching to the peripheral potion of a operating 23a of the body panel 23, around the outer area, and an inner grommet with the flange 26a and the hook 26b which are connected to the opening 23a as well as mounted on the outer grommet 25, featuring the higher stiffness than the outer grommet 25.
