PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend an image pickup range upward without providing an inclined base additionally even at the time of setting an entrance slave machine with a camera on a low position of a wall surface. SOLUTION: An entrance slave machine attaching base 1 with a camera is provided with a hollow part 13 to which an entrance slave machine 2 with a camera is to be fitted by a rear face 11 parallel to a wall surface 10 and a front face 12 oblique to the wall surface 10 and which is formed in a trapezoidal shape. The entrance slave machine 2 with the camera is directed to the front in a first attachment style where the entrance slave machine 2 with the camera is attached to the front face 12 with the rear face 11 on the wall surface. The entrance slave machine 2 with the camera is directed obliquely upward from the front in a second attachment style where the entrance slave machine 2 with the camera is attached to the rear face 11 with the front face 12 on the wall surface. A fixing screw 3 is provided which fixes the attaching base 1 to the wall surface 10 while holding the entrance slave machine 2 with the camera in the first or second attachment style.
