PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information monitor unit that monitors information relating to a packet without capturing a transmitted packet. SOLUTION: The information monitor unit monitoring packet information in the case of transmission of the information between nodes uses an isochronous period discrimination signal S1 other than the packet information without capturing the packet information in each node, a speed detection signal S2 of an isochronous packet and an asynchronous stream packet and header relation information S3 to monitor the information relating to the packet information by displaying a stream table 6 of the related information for each channel and can monitor the information relating to the packet transmitted on a bus in real time even when a path from a reception element to a storage means in the receiver of a transmission system is busy.
