PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistor element connection structure of a CRT socket by which a resister element (10) can be connected by a simple work, and besides the CRT socket does not become large-sized in case of connecting the resistor. SOLUTION: A focus side discharging electrode plate (14) is formed by a metal plate where an elastic contact piece (19) is protrudingly installed in the backward direction with a protruding direction of an electrode part (14a) from a bottom border, and at an inside wall (13a) surrounding a discharge gap room (13) a mounting frame part (15a) which pinches and fixes both sides of the focus side discharging electrode plate (14) is formed. When the focus side discharging electrode plate (14) is installed at the mounting frame part (15a), since an elastic contact piece (19) contacts with an inner side lead part (10b) of the resistor element (10), the resistor element (10) and a focus contact (8) can be connected without any other demand of a connection work of the resistor element (10).
