PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally mold a gap filling layer 1c for the prevention of a base of terminal blade receiving an electric shock or the like along with a plug mold resin 1b, and enable to prevent a burr. SOLUTION: The power supply plug 1 is rotatably installed at an AC adapter D. The plug main body 1b and the resin 1c to cover the terminal blade 1a are integrally molded with the resin having Rockwell hardness not less than M scale 75. The resin with this hardness has good fluididity to be smoothly filled up enabling to mold even in a thin walled protruding part 1c. At this time, a gap is eliminated by attaching a movable partition core against the protruding part 1c and the interface 1d of the exposed terminal blade 1a in order to prevent the occurrence of the burr. The movable core is advanced or retreated with an air cylinder or the like, hereby the smooth setting of the terminal blade into a die can be made.
