PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of preventing occurrence of air bubbles and further capable of injecting a surface active agent of chemical liquid into a pipe for circulating a cold or hot heat refrigerant during a cooling operation or a heating operation. SOLUTION: There is provided a method for injecting chemical liquid into a pipe in which chemical liquid of surface active agent applied with a higher pressure than an inner pressure of pipe into the pipe where cold heat or hot heat medium during an operation of cooling or heating method for performing a cooling operation or a heating operation under circulation of the cold or hot heat medium.
