PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent water leak from a connecting joint part in a jacking pipe buried in a curvature part. SOLUTION: An end part of a water stopping sheet 11 for covering the whole circumference of a connection joint in a jacking pipe 1 connected from the pipe inner circumferential side is pressed by a fixing ring 20 from the pipe inner circumferential side to be fixed to a pipe inner circumferential surface.
