PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous powder drying machine capable of stably preventing powder in the course of being dried from leaking. SOLUTION: A pipe 7, into which a stirring shaft 9 is inserted, is welded to a penetration section of a dam plate 4 for partitioning a drying chamber 5 and an exhaust chamber 6. The length L of the pipe 7 is set to be larger than a ratio of between the inner diameter d of the pipe 7 and a tangent of an angleϕof repose: tan (ϕ) of a powder product, whereby a slope tip end of powder which invades into the pipe 7 from the drying chamber and deposited at an end of an invasion side thereof is prevented from reaching an end surface 7b of the pipe 7 on the side of the exhaust chamber 6, whereby the powder in the course of being dried is stably prevented from leaking.
