PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode and panel for a plasma display panel having low electrical resistance and at a low manufacturing cost, which are free of discoloration of the electrode and of edge curl. SOLUTION: After a photosensitive paste material is used and printing, drying and exposure are repeated with plural times, it is developed in one batch.
