The stopper consists of an outlet element (1) for prevention of a too fast outflow of liquid as well as its dripping over the outer surface of the outlet element or the plastic or glass bottle and of a cap (2) for closing the outlet opening (11). The possibility of simultaneous manufacture of the outlet element (1) and the cap (2) is assured, the cap (2) being inseparably connected to the outlet element (1) at the same time. The sleeve-like outlet opening (11) of the outlet element (1) is fitted with a funnel (111) and a flow stabilizer (113). The cap (2) consists of the outer (21) and the inner mantle (22), which is aligned along the same axis and has a trimmed end (221). In the closed state, the cap (2) with its trimmed end (221) on the inner mantle (22) can be inserted into the interior of the sleeve-like outlet opening (11), while with its exterior mantle (21), it can be placed over a ring-like sealing element (14) of the stopper's outlet element (1).
