<p>The metering and filling machine of thermoadhesive packages for liquids can be used both in the packaging industry, and in the prepacking of different liquids such as milk, juices and others. It consists of a metering device and adhesive mechanism mounted in a common housing, and if a device for cutting one ends of the thermo-adhesive packaging (1). The device includes small beams (16 & 17) for guiding the packaging (1) and a knife (18) for cutting. Beams (16 & 17) are at such distance in between that packaging (1) can get between them along their thick part. Knife (18) is fitted in such a way that it can cut only one of the layers forming the wall of the packaging in order to form a filling hole. The metering device and the adhesive mechanism can be at some distance so that filling and adhesion of the packaging can be made at two different positions. At the endpiece (2) of the outlet of the metering device a reversible valve (3) can be mounted for not allowing the return of the liquid back in the pipeline (4). 3 claims, 3 figures</p> |
