摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out patterning of a second electrode layer and a photoelectric conversion layer, using a simple method in which laser is not used. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of an integrated thin film solar battery has a process for laminating a first electrode layer on an insulating substrate, a process for providing a long and slender patterning film parallel on the first electrode layer at 4 prescribed intervals, a process for forming a plurality of division grooves parallel to a patterning film in the first electrode layer in an area near a patterning film and dividing it into a plurality of first electrode segments, a process for laminating a photoelectric conversion layer to cover the first electrode segment and the patterning film each, a process for laminating the second electrode layer on the photoelectric conversion layer, a process for providing a connection part connecting each first electrode segment and the second electrode layer between adjacent patterning film and division groove and a process for peeling the photoelectric conversion layer on each patterning film and the second electrode layer and dividing the photoelectric conversion layer and the second electrode layer into each segment. Bonding strength between the patterning film and the photoelectric conversion layer is set weaker than that between the first electrode layer and the photoelectric conversion layer, and the photoelectric conversion layer on the patterning film and the second electrode layer can be peeled readily.</p>
