PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology which can perform accounting processing fairly, regarding delivery of industrial wastes. SOLUTION: The accounting processing system is equipped with an exchange slip delivering means, which is provided at a disposal spot for industrial wastes and receives assessment information inputted by using an assessment information input means and delivers an exchange slip, having the entered assessment amount information to be handed over a carrier, an assessment amount information transmitting means, which sends the inputted assessment information to a receiver of industrial wastes, an assessment information receiving means which receives the assessment information sent from the disposal site of industrial wastes by the assessment information transmitting means, a decision means which decides whether the assessment information presented by the carrier at the reception destination and entered into the exchange slip is the same as the assessment information received by the assessment amount information receiving means, and a receipt-delivering means which delivers a receipt to be handed over to the carrier, when the decision means decides that they are the same. |
